Pel fet d’accedir a aquest lloc web i explorar-ne el contingut, l’usuari accepta sense reserves aquestes condicions d’ús.
Llevat que contravingui la legislació aplicable, el Museu es reserva el dret d’alterar i actualitzar la informació continguda en aquest web, en qualsevol moment i sense avís previ, i de canviar-ne la configuració, la presentació i les condicions d’ús. L’usuari queda automàticament obligat per aquestes condicions d’ús a partir del moment que accedeix al lloc i ha d’estar al corrent dels canvis que s’hi produeixin.

3. Information about the data
The information provided by the website comes from the activity of the various departments that make up the Natural Sciences Museum of Barcelona.
Intellectual property
The website and its contents, including texts, images, designs or graphics (the contents), are published mainly for the purpose of informing about the Museum’s own activities and services. Intellectual property rights exist on some of the contents, rights that correspond either to the Museum or to third parties who have authorized their dissemination through this medium.
In general and unless the contrary is expressly indicated in individual cases, the contents can be reproduced, distributed and communicated publicly as long as the provenance and other identifying references that identify or describe them are stated. Uses are authorized for any purpose except those of a commercial or profitable nature. For the latter use, express written authorization from the Museum is required. 4. Access to the website
The Museum is not responsible to the user for damages caused by the use of this website or for any action arising from the information provided.
The Museum is not responsible for any security failure or disconnection that may occur, nor for any damage that may occur to the user’s device (hardware and software) or to any folder or stored document caused by the presence of viruses in the user device. The Museum is also not responsible for any malfunction of the browser or the use of an outdated version of it.
5. Liability arising from web links
El Museu no revisa els llocs web externs enllaçats a Museuciencies , que són mantinguts per terceres parts que es troben fora del control del Museu, el qual tampoc en recomana o n’aprova els continguts. El Museu nega de forma expressa cap responsabilitat per qualsevol dany sofert per l’usuari derivat de la informació trobada en aquests llocs web.
